Morgan A. Robinson
Morgan graduated cum laude from the University of Florida in May 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, and minors in Mathematics and Spanish. During her time at UF, Morgan served as Co-Founder and Vice President of Democracy Matters UF and Secretary of Phi Mu Fraternity (PC ’15), and spent the summer of 2017 studying in Valencia, Spain, where she lived with a local family of seven.
Morgan received her Juris Doctor degree from Florida State University College of Law in May 2022, graduating as a Garnet & Gold Scholar and earning the Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award. During her time at Florida State, Morgan served as an Article Editor for the Florida State University Law Review, Writing & Research Editor for the Florida State University Business Review, President of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Society, and Flag Football Captain for the LitiGators UF Alumni Team.
Before joining the HNH team, Morgan explored the legal field in the 13th District’s Children’s Advocacy Center, the Florida House Minority Office, Anchor Trust Management, the Tallahassee City Attorney’s Office, and RezLegal, LLC. Today, Morgan’s practice areas include estate planning, taxation, estate and trust administration, corporate and business law, asset protection planning, and real estate.
A Tampa native, Morgan graduated from H. B. Plant High School in 2015. Since moving back, Morgan has enjoyed playing pickleball and tennis, and finding new places around Tampa to set up her hammock and read in the sun.
